AES Stellar Air, Inc. is pleased to announce the
installation of a 100 kilowatt Turbec Microturbine
Cogeneration System making  100  kilowatts of
electrical  energy  resulting  in over  $100,000 in
electrical    savings   per    year   at   Andercraft
Products,   a  leading  Plastic  Injection Molding
Company.  In  addition,  AES installed a  42 ton
Thermax Absorption Chiller  to  make use of the
waste heat from the  Turbec  Cogeneration  Unit.
This    42  tons  of   additional   chilling    allows
Andercraft  to  turn  off one of its Carrier cooling
compressors saving an  additional 30  kilowatts
of energy along with and additional $30,000 per
year in electrical energy.

This   Project   was   partially   funded   by  the
Southern    California   Gas    Company   using
California   Energy   funds   and   will  assist in
lowering  the  demand  on  energy  in the State.
